Lizzie Love the Caring Clown and her staff are available for hospital visits in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and senior homes. Our clown doctor bags are full of gags, surprises and poems to spread smiles throughout South Florida. We are familiar with hospital protocol and hygiene; and have studied with some of the top caring clowns in the country including Doc Geezer (Joe Barney) the "Stupidvisor" of the Big Apple Clown Care Unit at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital and Snowflake (Richard Snowberg) of the Caring Clown program at the University of Wisconsin Clown Camp.

Lizzie Love's Humor Workshop for Nurses & Nurses Aids

A 90 minute hands-on workshop which teaches the most effective approaches to caring clown including:
(a) special gags from the clown doctor bag; (b) building a comedy cart;
 (c) fun facial expressions and pantomime routines; (d) storytelling techniques, dance routines and expressive songs; (e) hygiene and protocol; (f) developing a humorous character; (g) "knowing" your patient.

FOR THE CHALLENGED CHILD

Using Rhythms, rhymes, sounds, songs and the caring Clown techniques of storytelling, comedy, magic, dance and puppetry, Lizzie Love encourages the non-communicative child to smile, laugh, think, and articulate. She enters the child's world through creative play, poetry and music, and gently assist him in transitioning to the world of the spoken word. These techniques are highly effective for children with developmental delays and speech/language disorders.
